I have always wanted to be able to create items that bring nothing but happiness to those who receive them and I believe I have done just that! Fancy Photo Pillows has been a wonderful experience for my husband and I! We have had nothing but the most positive reactions from every pillow we have made. We take great strides to make sure you receive the finest quality in every pillow. Each pillow is constructed using 100% polyester fiber fill covered with 100% cotton batting and then made of brushed cotton twill. This fabric may show "flecks" of gold and brown throughout - this is not stained, flawed or discolored - it is a natural part of the fabric. It is recommended that our pillows be "spot" cleaned only. Do not machine wash or dry clean. To prevent fading, do not place your pillow in direct sunlight. Your photo is permanently printed onto fabric - it is not an "iron-on" item. Your photo is the most important element to your pillow, therefore it is extremely important to let us know of any special instructions or thoughts you may have concerning the final look to your pillow. We will make every effort to create a keepsake to be cherished for years to come. Everyone makes mistakes, including us - so please review your order and any personalization (names, dates, text, etc.) before submitting your order. Please contact us at info@fancyphotopillows.com if you have any questions concerning your finished design or any personalization matters. Your order can be cancelled only if work has not been started on it. If a cancellation is requested - you must contact us immediately (prior to creation) and if paid by credit card - we will refund your full charge less a $10.00 processing fee. Once your pillow has shipped - it is not returnable. Please be aware that is it illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the written permission of the copyright owner. The photo or drawing you submit must be your own. Images are owned by the photographer and text is owned by the author. If a signed release is not obtainable from the license holder, you the customer take FULL responsibility for any copyright or infringement of the license holder. Fancy Photo Pillows will not be held responsible for any discrepancies in the copyright matter. In most cases your pillow is shipped via UPS Ground. In some cases the shipping carrier may be altered to best suit a certain circumstance. It will be up to Fancy Photo Pillow's discretion for the best form of shipment at no additional cost to you, the customer. If additional charges will be incurred, both parties will then agree upon all additional shipping charges PRIOR to shipment. All shipping costs noted in our website are based upon shipment to the Continental United States - outside this area, including Alaska and Hawaii and all other International areas must contact us prior to ordering for specific shipping costs to their area. We reserve the right to refuse any photo that we deem inappropriate - this includes, but is not limited to sexually explicit material. We try to show as many of our completed pillows in our Gallery of Photos, if you do not wish to have your pillow displayed on our website - please contact us in writing.
